Every connection includes 100 free messages each monthly cycle. Incoming and outgoing messages share that allowance.
From hello to workflow
1. Create your workspace
Sign in with Google, or register with an email and password. Verify the emailed code and add your first and last name. Your account starts on the Normal tier.
2. Connect WhatsApp
Open Connections and choose New connection. Select WhatsApp, enter your number, then scan the QR code from WhatsApp → Linked devices. New QR codes appear automatically.
3. Create a server API key
Open Settings → General & API keys. Create a key and save it securely. Copy your connection ID from the connection details. Every request is scoped to your own account.
4. Send your first message

}'5. Receive incoming messages
Add a public HTTPS webhook URL to your connection. An incoming message triggers a POST to your endpoint. You can set custom credentials in the headers or extra request fields.
